Really quite suprised that this is ran by a mental health charity. The women behind the counter isn't warm, or welcoming. I don't think I've ever walked into a cafe and met such cold and unwelcoming people.

Food was decent though but that's the last time I visit.

Most of the staff are friendly but wouldn't say that it is a warm and welcoming place. The old lady behind the food counter with short grey hair is always moaning and miserable, which does not help for new people who are nervous and anxious. Had asked to be signed up to the counselling service, and after waiting a week to speak to Jan Gomez, i called only to be rudly spoken to. Not heard anything in almost a year. Would reccommend some of the courses as they do help and you can make some good friends.
