Me and whole of my family had really bad experience here I am registered here from years but you can't get appointment at dr hamids practice you have to beg for it.if someone have a kind heart they'll give u appointment but you'll never get appointment not even prescriptions they'll tell you to buy from chemist.they don't take ur health seriously if u show them how ill u r they'll tell u to go A &E.they tell u to call 8:30 if u r lucky enough to get their number 8:35am they'll say no appointments all gone call 1pm if we have any cancellations we'll give u.if u call 1pm they'll say nothing available call 2moro 8:30am.it looks like they play with Patient's feelings and health. Really fed up now.u can't get letter from GP they charge £30 but not write what they shud write.i m going to change my GP I like infirmary and hospitals better in service

I ATTENDED THE CENTER WITH A FRIEND ,WHO HAD A 9.AM APPOINTMENT, ARRIVED ON TIME AND WAS GIVEN A FORM TO FILL IN AND ASKED TO WAIT BY THE RECEPTIONIST. AFTER AN HOUR, WENT BACK TO THE DESK AND WAS TOLD WE HAD NOT BEEN BOOKED IN ON ARRIVAL. IN TOTAL WE SPENT OVER 2 HOURS IN THERE.. I'M THANKFUL IT WAS A ONE OFF , I WOULD'NT WANT TO GO AGAIN.
