I spent 8 weeks here, returning 19 years after I was here and had long lasting recovery the first time. (Lockdown wasn't good).
I can't thank staff enough and I look forward without the fear and dread that I had before coming here.
Andy and his team are some of the most hospitable and patient centred people I have met, even with a complex case like me.
I'd recommend this place to anyone who can't stop in the outside world.

My partner has recently completed a 28 day programme at PCP in Luton. Words can’t describe the extreme change in his behaviour, outlook on life and overall health and happiness. Andy and Amanda who run the centre are an absolute asset and have every patients best interest at heart. The sessions are in depth and full of knowledge and have completely transformed Richard’s way of thinking and his next steps in recovery. The nurses and night staff are cheery and accommodating. The premises are clean and well furnished.
If you or someone you know is struggling to battle addiction, please do consider PCP in Luton. As they have completely transformed myself and my partners life.

PCP have brought the best out in me, I came in broken I was close to losing my family and everything, with Andy’s help and the way he drums it into us I feel I have come out of my shell as I have always isolated, he helped me with my wife because she was at the end, but now things are looking good. The team at PCP have supported me and my peers. I feel ready to face the world and my new life is just beginning. Thank you PCP x

My time at PCP has been valuable to my recovery journey, I have learnt much about about my addiction from both counsellors Amanda and Andy, I am leaving here today with a clear head and a great set of tools to assist me further on my new path of recovery thanks to CGL & PCP. Especially Andy for his passionate approach to recovery and Amanda’s overwhelming knowledge and support. During my time here the team have been sure to include my loved ones on the start of my new path at all times with video calls and guidance for them also. I would like to thank all the staff at PCP that have been apart of my rehab, especially James who is one of the volunteers at the centre.

I came to pcp broken and on my last legs, I felt I needed help and I came in very scares. after 6 weeks I feel like a new man, I realised how much my past has affected me after my counselling sessions and informative work shops I feel ready for a new beginning. Andy is very loud and passionate but his knowledge is second to none. The help that I received around my family has helped me reconnect with them. Amanda gas been so supportive and the team here have been great. I have learnt about the fellowship and meetings of which I will carry on when I leave also PCP aftercare which I will join every week.
Thank you PCP xx

I cannot thank PCP staff enough for all the support I have been given to help me in my journey to recovery. I would recommend PCP to anyone struggling with addiction,
PCP took a chance on me when other rehabs turned me down and I’m so grateful they did. I came into PCP a very unwell person, feeling totally hopeless, doubting whether I had what it takes to get through rehab, not believing that I could ever live a life free from addiction. However today I leave after nearly 4 months feeling hopeful ready to face my new phase of life in recovery.

I arrived here in September. My life had become unrecognisable and I needed help. Andy, Amanda and the team here are amazing and passionate. They helped me realise how much past events have affected me into my adult life and not allowed me to progress. They have also helped me understand how the impact is so far reaching to all my loved ones, friends and especially my children. The therapy here is varied and the 1-2-1s are invaluable. I feel that I now can become who I want to be. Most of all I have hope. PCP has saved my life and I can’t wait to see where it goes from here. If you are willing to put the work in this place will help you change and you can have a life beyond your wildest dreams. Anything becomes possible.
