I last saw Paul a few months ago and what we achieved from my sessions, continues to help me on a very regular basis. I often speak about Paul's unique and fantastic work to friends and family, which prompted me to finally write a review! Before getting a recommendation to see Paul, I had a few different forms of talking therapies elsewhere which had very little benefit for me. Paul takes his own wonderful, unique, interesting and extremely effective methods to help you see things much more clearly. Paul's is extremely knowledgeable and shares this knowledge with his clients in order to help you to understand why you are feeling the way you're feeling, reassuring you and guiding you effectively to overcome your struggles. His approach is extremely unique, fascinating and opens your eyes to the world around you. Paul doesn't just help you overcome your current struggles, he helps you to see the world differently which inturn empowers you to manage future situations and difficulties with a calmer and more rationale mind set.
Paul is a welcoming, kind, empathetic, genuine man, who is truly remarkable at the work he does. Its clear Paul has a passion for helping others and I am so grateful for the help he gave me. Its lovely to know Paul is there if I ever feel I would benefit from future sessions!

I have been seeing Paul now for around 6 weeks, I’m three sessions in and let me say I am so incredibly close to becoming the confident, loud, bubbly woman I once was. Paul does not sugar coat in anyway shape or form. He is massively experienced in his field and educates you to the best of his ability on exactly what is happening. Unlike other therapies I’ve had in the past, Paul does not simply tell me to have a cup of tea and take some deep breaths, instead what he’s done is use techniques to allow my brain to process all of the trauma’s and triggers I’ve had the displeasure of experiencing. Without Paul’s guidance I would still be sat on a hefty NHS waiting list and most likely becoming more and more unwell. I’m so lucky to have found Paul and cannot recommend him enough. I will never ever regret investing in my mental health and neither will you.

I was very reluctant to see anyone regarding my anxiety & panic attacks. These started after a bereavement. Paul was highly recommended to me & it took a great deal of courage to book the first appointment. As soon as I met Paul I felt comfortable with him, he is such a genuine caring man. Paul helped me with a trauma using the eye movement therapy which I am amazed with. Paul has helped me see life more clearly & opened up a whole new world to me. He has given me the understanding & confidence to go forward positively. It did not take many sessions before I felt in a much better place emotionally. He always explains everything making sure you understand it thoroughly. I highly recommend anyone struggling to make an appointment, you won't be disappointed! I know in the future I will see Paul again just because he is excellent at putting your heart & soul in a much calmer and positive state. I will always be so grateful for the recommendation i had to see him.

Paul is outstanding at what he does. I have tried other counselling and CBT but his sessions have been a million times more effective. He has brought fresh perspective to my life. I was struggling with trauma, anxiety, my identity and work related stress. He has made a big difference and helped me find the courage to make changes to my life for the better. Paul has been amazing, I wish I had met him years ago. I have been carrying around with me the scars of a previous trauma which has been influencing my decisions in a negative way. After working with Paul, I now feel free of the burden I felt previously and I am now making better decisions.

Paul is calm and listens intensely, he has a reassuring way about him that gives a connection of trust from the outset.

Really can’t thank Paul enough. I have had multiple different therapists but Paul is by far the best. I started my therapy in January and it was the best decision I ever made.
