I attended an event at Benito Lounge and really enjoyed myself! Highly recommend. Laila and Shannon were lovely hosts, who gave guidance when needed but also reassured me and encouraged me throughout. Definitely got the painting bug now! The paint at home kits are good value for money and include everything you need to enjoy painting at home!

The host, Sanetta and her colleagues were really friendly, clear instructions & good pace. Relaxed approach with good guidance which created a really fun environment for everyone there.
Will be rebooking!

Extremely unprofessional. I contacted this company to see if they could accommodate a hen do in Leeds. I told them that there would only be 7 of us attending but I would be happy to pay for 10 people as this is their minimum number (£40 per person). The company came back to me and said they were finding a venue for me in Leeds. I chased up as I didn’t hear anything to be told the venue they had found had a new manager so they were being slow at replying. After waiting 2 weeks, Paintaway have contacted me today to say the venue cannot accommodate my date (fair enough). Paintaway also said they are only putting through groups of 10+ people as April-June is a busy period for their artists and they would be having to turn down larger groups who would be providing a higher spend at other locations as room hire fees are going up. Again fair enough but why not say that 2 weeks ago when I first enquired instead of telling me you are finding me a venue to then say they wouldn’t be taking my booking at all.
Absolutely unprofessional, no apology given just offered 10% off some home painting kits.
After reading another review on here it’s maybe
a blessing in disguise.

Not very impressed with the event I attended. I arrived 10 minutes early, nothing was set up and there was no one there welcoming attendees. The artist arrived 15 minutes after the start time and was helped to set up my be a couple of kind customers who obviously felt sorry for her.
The paints were of poor quality and no guidance was given by the artist of how to go about doing the art work. Luckily my end result was good as I'm quite arty and didn't need the guidance but for others I could see they were extremely despondent.
I have since attended a different paint and sip event which was professionally run, they gave strep by step instructions and I could tell everyone who attended thoroughly enjoyed themselves

Fabulous Paint Away evening at Benito lounge. Thank you to both Sunita and Hayley, they were brilliant hosts, offering guidance and encouragement when needed and just made it a super fun experience! Would definitely recommend and will be sure to attend another one.

We had a wonderful work social with Paint Away in Jan 2024. Frida was brilliant to deal with from start to finish. Everyone enjoyed it and was surprised by their painting ability after following Frida’s instruction. I would highly recommend!

I attended a public event which I found to be underwhelming and overpriced. The tutor offered no guidance as we started painting, instead relying on us following some vague steps on a print out. She didn't explain when to use the different brushes, or how best to mix the paints, nothing. The room was dimly lit so colours and details were hard to make out on the printed sheet and on your own canvas. Overall I enjoyed the experience because of the friends I was with, rather than because of the hosts.
