I couldn’t recommend seeing Bekki more. I was quite apprehensive when I first started seeing her, but after several sessions, I was definitely seeing the benefit. It’s very important to do the work she gives you between the sessions to see the impact, but once this became implemented in my routine, the benefits were plentiful. She really helped me to view my worries and anxieties in a different way and focus on positive thinking and creating solutions to problems, giving me techniques I have adopted into my personal life. Bekki is a very positive and kind person and easy to talk to. It’s so important to have someone trustworthy when going through any type counselling as you are at your most vulnerable, and I couldn’t think of someone more suited to creating this calm, safe and engaging environment for it.

A review doesn't seem sufficient to sum up how brilliantly Bekki helped me.
I suffered social anxiety stemming mainly from Covid lockdowns. Bekki explained how the brain was functioning and over the months guided and encouraged manageable steps to bring me out from my 'freeze' response. Through the sessions I gained more confidence and made progress in getting out more - shopping at a supermarket, going out for meals with family and friends, and most recently a trip to London with my daughter. Working with Bekki as been life changing and impossible to imagine 6 months ago. I recommend Oli-Co Hypnotherapy to anybody who is thinking about an area in their life they would like to improve or overcome. Bekki's knowledge and pro-active techniques produce beneficial results and better all round well being. I initially found Bekki on Facebook. After a few emails with Bekki I made the initial session for my son to see her. He’s been going for 3 months and he’s come on leaps and bounds with various issues and his confidence. We don’t have the meltdowns we were having. He really enjoys going to see Bekki. Bekki is very good with him and he responds to her which is not something he does with a lot of people. He’s made such good progress his sessions are a little longer apart. I highly recommend Bekki for any issues.
