I am so grateful for the care and attention given during my first appointment at Oaktree Connect. Everything felt smooth and comforting despite the deep anxious state I had been experiencing for several years without really knowing why.
The clinician was quickly able to pinpoint the potential sources that were to be explored in the following appointments. I felt heard and properly looked after.
I can only recommend Oaktree Connect.

I wasn’t feeling my best self and I went here for more help. The staff were friendly and comforting and have helped me on my journey towards improving my mental health. Dr Singh has been great, I felt heard and supported. I’m feeling much better than I did last month. This is a great clinic!

I was present during my partner’s online assessment with Dr. Swamy, and the experience was extremely frustrating. During the call, he clearly stated that she had depression and PTSD, acknowledging that she had been through a lot. However, when she later received the official diagnosis via email, there was no mention of depression or PTSD at all, which feels completely misleading and dismissive of her struggles.

On top of this, Oak Tree Connect ignored her emails for a long time. When they finally responded, instead of addressing the issue properly, they suggested she pay even more money if they were to reconsider her diagnosis. She has already paid £540, yet now they are asking for additional payment just to review what was already stated during the assessment. This feels profit-driven rather than patient-focused, adding unnecessary stress to an already overwhelming situation.

Mental health services should be about honesty, care, and support, not financial exploitation. This experience has been incredibly disappointing, and I would not recommend Oak Tree Connect to anyone seeking genuine and ethical mental health care.

Update: They have adjusted the assessment letter results but have once again completely contradicted themselves. It makes absolutely no sense to say my partner struggles with daily functioning, has experienced significant trauma and has depression, yet in the same letter state “no signs of major depressive symptoms.”

This is completely ridiculous and confusing, especially since Dr Swamy clearly stated during the video call that my partner has PTSD, depression and anxiety and has been through a lot. Yet none of this has been properly documented in the letter.

It feels dismissive and exploitative. I would not recommend anyone go here.

Tl/dr:- amazing resource. Cannot recommend highly enough.

We sought out a diagnosis for our daughter (18 y.o. at time of first treatment) following the urging of a psychologist we had engaged for her treatment for insomnia, anxiety, and depression, plus hypersensitivity to noise and light. We discovered she's been fighting with undiagnosed adhd combined. This was the easy part 😅

It is commonly understood among uk patients looking for an adhd diagnosis that the nhs waiting lists are outrageously long, so we decided to use savings to speed things up. The care and support from oaktree has been an anchor in what turned out to be an absolutely hellish battle to get nhs drs to accept the diagnosis and need for medication. Throughout, the administrative support staff - especially Stefan; plus Archie's support from pharmazon, has kept us sane as we've literally fought month to month to get continued medication from the nhs and failed.
Thankfully Dr Singh's credentials are unequivocal, which helped us to get the shared care we needed from one surgery, but sadly following a move to university the battle started again. We are still fighting.
Meanwhile, the resources and care from oaktree & pharmazon continues to be an oasis in an otherwise hostile health landscape.

I will not regret seeking private care for our daughter, and I recommend Oaktree to anyone needing the same. You couldn't ask for a better team standing besides you 🙂

Oaktree has been a lifesaver for my grand daughter. Thier doctor made a diagnosis quickly and offered medication but when this did not work, this new treatment called TMS was suggested. With just 20 treatment sessions she started to go back to her classes.
The person who gave the treatment also talked to her about breathing and relaxation exercises (which I found useful myself as I accompanied her for the appointments).
Please carry on the good work and thank you.

Very professional and helpful with my diagnosis and advice moving forward. I have found all interactions with Oaktree Connect very supportive communicated straightaway to my GP with diagnosis letter and plan which is greatly helping, thank you.

+ Quick to get appointments
+ Quick to get medicated; doctors listen to you

- Everything else

I’ve had numerous issues where Oaktree was entirely at fault: sending incorrect controlled drug (CD) prescriptions, week-long delays, and leaving me without medication for up to two weeks. Despite this, when you call or email, there is zero apology or empathy, just monotone voices, often making it seem like the issue is your fault.
Their partner, Pharmazon, is the complete opposite; always polite, apologetic, and proactive in resolving issues. Meanwhile, Oaktree makes repeated mistakes, yet offers no accountability and refuses to show even the basic decency of an apology. They also refuse to send your prescription to your home address for local dispensing, even when the mistake is on their end. Their reasoning? "It’s unsafe." As a Pharmacy student, I find this excuse completely baseless, especially when other private clinics have no issue issuing CD prescriptions directly to patients.
To make matters worse, the only time they have ever compensated me was when I essentially had to force them by referring to legal terms. Something they should have offered themselves as basic professional responsibility. Instead of taking accountability, they avoid responsibility at all costs.
I hesitated to leave a review before, but my latest experience was the final straw. The receptionist didn’t even attempt an apology or offer any alternatives—just sat in silence with an irritated tone, as if I was inconveniencing them for the clinics mistake.

If you want to receive ADHD medication stress free and feel cared for as a patient, don’t use Oaktree. I have already been diagnosed here so have no choice but to stay for now, if they change their treatment to their patients and actually consider the issues I’ve raised, ill be happy to change my review.

We first used Oaktree Connect a year ago for one of our children who had gone through a chaotic time at school. As soon as the doctor took care of our daughter, she was able to be heard, and later on diagnosed with ADHD. This allowed us to finally understand her behaviour, but more importantly support her everyday in learning to live with ADHD.
We were so grateful to be heard. Thank you so much for the help provided.
