Going through a difficult time in my relationship, I decided for the second time in my life that a therapist might help. I'm not naturally a 'therapy person', and I wanted someone I could relate to, who would be straight with me, and who could help me find my way through the problems I was having. I spoke to three therapists before choosing Jorge, and from that initial call I was sure he was what I was looking for. I was right! He gave me space to explore my thoughts and feelings, but was also willing to challenge my thinking and suggest new perspectives which were really helpful. Six months on, I'm really happy with where I am in life, and confident I made the right choices. Getting here would have been much harder without Jorge's support. I'm genuinely glad I found him, and I have no hesitation in recommending him to other people. Thank you, Jorge.

I have had a very positive experience of having helpful and insightful counselling ,which over a six month period has led me to know more about the way that I behave and why. With this information I have then been able to recognise certain traits, many of which have been passed on from childhood by my parents, and be more responsive and mature to situations, as opposed to being more childlike and unaware, hence reactive. It has been a pleasure working alongside Jorge and both he and I are really delighted with my progress. He is very flexible and tries to see me at times that are convenient and was very understanding when situations arose making it hard for me to meet him. I no longer need to continue my sessions but would recommend to anyone who is struggling with problems in their personal life, whatever they me be, to make an appointment with Jorge, who will encourage and support you, through what you are feeling to be difficult times, in order to be able to independently recognise when issues are arsing in the future again, and be able to respond in the healthiest and most beneficial way for your stress levels and mental health.

On behalf of my son: Jorge's sessions are well structured and non judgemental and it helped to give me a different perspective. Being a 15 year old I found that the sessions with Jorge made me feel safe and he was very easy to talk to. I always looked forward to going to every session. I will miss talking to Jorge!

Jorge has helped me immensely since attending his sessions. He offers a safe, welcoming and relaxed environment along with a willingness to listen and the ability to draw-out your thoughts to help tackle the underlying causes of anxiety. Jorge has a fantastic ability to create a warm, safe and welcoming environment to deal with difficult issues. Over several months we have worked together on various long term issues, of which I have already felt significant improvement. He is always kind, patient, non judgemental, listens very carefully and is able to communicate very effectively to help me make sense of the issues, using tools or theories where relevant. I only wish I had been able to benefit from this support 10 years ago. I could not have imagined therapy would benefit me in so many ways and I look forward to continuing.

Starting counselling here was the best decision I could have made for myself. Although talking to someone about my problems was scary at first, I felt very comfortable opening up to Jorge. Within only around 5 sessions with I began to see a huge difference, he is patient, understanding and overall relaxed but efficient. He has made a huge difference to my life and I am very grateful.
