This service has helped me more than any other service I have been under. I have had my fair share of workers who weren’t so good at this team which hindered my progression and support, but hopefully that’s in the past. The staff I work with now listen to me, support me and help me with anything I am struggling with (despite their new. management who are not so good). I just want anyone who’s thinking of accessing support to know this team will help you. I’m no where near the place I was 12 months ago: things are still hard but I became stronger than I ever thought possible because of my self and this team. so please don’t be put off by the negative reviews. They are a small underfunded service doing their best.

Appalling service, was on a waiting list for therapy, which the course was underfunded & cancelled. Then was put under the crisis team as no further help or assistance was given from killamarsh, was then referred back and screened to be put on another waiting list for therapy, waited five months to then be told they do not think that my case was bad enough, however there are plans in place to get me on a waiting list for another therapy that has not yet started, but "they are thinking of me" was also told that I did not fill out a questionnaire / form that they had sent me five months ago, to which I never received this to fill out. I was then sent the questionnaire with no information as to where to send it back to & someone had already started to fill out the questionnaire, to which almost ten days later I then recieved a letter which had an envelope inside to return the questionnaire to. Which in turn has triggered my mental health condition more as I feel I am not been taken seriously & considering going back under the crisis team as killamarsh mental health team has offered me absolutely no help, support or guidance what so ever

Used their resources and they didn't help. Got ignored for 2 months until I gave up woth them. I'm going through psychosis and they just ignore me.

They were informed of intent from a patient to harm themselves and others and were told they are being manipulative. Never go here
