Everything about the experience was excellent. The warm, friendly atmosphere and the professionalism made me feel confident I was in very capable hands. Even after the initial assessment I already felt things had moved on positively for me and that I was directed onto a pathway of recovery. My wife and I made an appointment to see Dr Maciej after looking at the fantastic website, the setting in Leeds is beautiful and overall the session went well apart from Dr Maciej being ever so slightly late... left the session with the promise of an evaluation letter to follow in the coming days, this is now weeks ago and many calls later to ask for it but still no letter, its only a letter but important to us and as not the cheapest 40min you expect it when its been promised, now left disappointed and £400 less

Dr. Danilewicz is the only person who has helped me come out of my 3 year depression! I did a pharmacogenic test and it showed not only that only 2 antidepressants work on me but statins do not work on me, moreover; they are the cause of the nueropathy in my feet and muscle weakness! I am nearly back to my normal self after being so depressed that I was banging my head on the bathroom wall and staying in bed almost catatonic for two and a half years. Maggie his assistant is very efficient and kind too!

I've suffered with mental health since I was 16 I'm now 41. I've been put on medication that I would never get from GP and zero chance of seeing a specialist on NHS . I still have some way to go but I'm confident with help fo DR and Maggie I can definitely get there

During Sept 2022 I decided that I would pursue a test for ADHD and initially went through the route of the NHS. Unfortunately, the waiting time for a diagnosis was up to 2–3 years, and I wasn't willing to wait that long, so I decided to go the route of Private Healthcare.

When it comes to Private Health Care, high-quality care and treatment are usually expected. Considering that patients are paying for a service, it is reasonable to assume that they should receive nothing but the best, especially in the field of psychiatry where patient care is of utmost importance. Unfortunately, this is not the case for NLM Clinic.

The diagnosis itself went smoothly, but when it came to trying out different medications, things became more complicated.

Expect that you'll need to take the lead in scheduling appointments, reminding them to email your GP/Doctor to send over important information. Essentially reminding them and hounding them over the phone/email to do every aspect of their job.

I was supposed to receive phone calls from my doctor every fortnight to provide updates during my monthly/weekly medication trial. I never received a single call, let alone an apology. I simply rescheduled and then just more false promises, which ultimately resulted in silence. This has happened to me at least five times.

During my in-person appointments with Dr. Danilewicz, I noticed that he frequently arrived late and appeared to be in a hurry.

I've experienced a frustrating number of delays while attempting to transfer my medication from a private to an NHS prescription. Despite my efforts to follow up with my GP, I was met with confusion and disappointment, as they haven't received any emails or documents from the clinic/Dr to finalize the process.

Unfortunately, it appears that the level of care at NLM Clinic is lacking. This perpetuates the negative stereotype that some individuals in the medical industry are solely motivated by financial gain.

I suggest searching for a different clinic that will provide you with the proper treatment.

I had a fantastic experience at Teleclinic. When I saw Dr Danilewicz and explained my condition and concerns about medication, I felt so listened to and understood.

I received a check up phone call and an extra one four weeks later, to check on how I was doing with my new medication. Felt really looked after and the outcome of my appointment has been absolutely amazing.

I would recommend their services.
