This company scams people out of their money. Please check and read all reviews of this company before purchasing any course or signing up to be a model. They reschedule and/ or cancel you several times, then promise a refund, which never materialises. Claire (the owner) will make 100 excuses on why the payment can’t be made and try to make you feel bad. I gave several payment options and even offered to drive to collect cash, but she stopped responding to my messages and emails. I ended up having to report it as a scam to my bank to retrieve the money. I have also reported them to action fraud. This has happened to too many people now and they should be stopped. Claire owned a previous company under a different name offering the same service that went bankrupt and was dissolved. Please do your research before seeing a ‘good deal’ and losing your hard earned money

Company is scamming people. Poor communication and poor diary management. Appointments constantly moved and cancelled (can be justified but communication is key). There’s only so long someone can wait and accept cancelled appointments before they want a refund!

I would advise models to not pay upfront. If model refunds don’t materialise then I doubt any students money would be refunded!

Judging by other reviews the company seem to cancel courses and appointments regularly and not give refunds back.

Please do not Take any training courses with this company The training is about the worst I’ve ever experienced and I have been in business 35 years. I’m also a trainer myself. She will not complete the course then when you ask for her money back there is always a problem with refund now she’s away till nov This claire has also given my clients bad Botox water down so it doesn’t work and takes the money when you’re on a training course she will claim People are out to get her. It’s another company jealous of her anything do not take responsibility. She’s more concerned about herself and what’s going on in her life then to ever be concerned about her own own business please do not give this woman any money There’s a very good reason why she’s only got one star and that’s the lowest that you can go

SCAMMERS!!!! Do not give a single penny to this company, they will continually cancel and ‘rearrange’ your courses/appointments with no intention of ever seeing you!! You will not see your money again, the LIES that are told to postpone giving a refund or setting course dates are ridiculous! If you tell your truth about being scammed they will threaten you and play the victim. Never in my life have I dealt with such an unprofessional and incapable ‘business’. The reviews on here and outside sources are shocking and looks like this company owe people thousands of pounds where they are clearly doing the same thing they have done to me!!! They must be laughing getting all this money with doing no work, scrounging and scamming- absolutely disgusting!!!!

Twice my 19 year old daughter turned up for a brow course and it wasn’t booked correctly so we asked for a refund which never materialised absolutely disgusting ripoff merchants so unprofessional
Edit: refund eventually received but I still wouldn’t use this company again as they really aren’t professional

Done so many courses with big names and I found this the most welcoming and inclusive training provider. Nothing is too big or too small. I am going back next month to brush up on some courses previously done elsewhere. Top notch training, value for money and excellent teachers

Fake, scam please stay away from this company as they will take your money and not provide you with the service. I paid will credit card and got my money back. Shame they are scam as I really needed to complete this course. They don't even deserve 1 start. Please stay away !!!
