Based on other review bought a set as present. It was expensive comparing to alternative products and was bought as the present. Unfortunately wrong items were sent. Disappointing especially that person who received the present can’t use it now. For the price which one pays it is disappointing

My experience with Navy has been nothing short of outstanding! I found the website very clear when ordering , so I knew to expect a wait for some of my tools. When I received my order the packaging was beautiful, everything was well packaged and protected and there was even a teabag and biscuit to enjoy! I received a prompt response from the customer care team and the social team when I have been in touch. I have ordered three times in total and I recommend to all my nail tech friends !

Navy Pro Tools have literally changed my life. I didn’t ever feel like my nail prep was complete enough with my standard tools. So I took the leap and purchased a couple of Navy tools, and oh my word, GAME CHANGER!! I have since invested in all the nail tools I could need. Whenever they bring out a new tool or accessory, I am all over it. Not only are their products 1st class, their customer service and the whole customer experience is like no other. From their packaging to their online customer service chat, their little hand written notes, to their whole social personality is so loving and upbeat. I cannot fault them. I even love that I have to wait for product because I know it is being lovingly hand made in the UK. You just don’t get that level of love and quality with standard tools. Navy, I love you and I’m so glad I found you and that you are a permanent fixture in my life. 💙

Slow service & delivery,
Great tools if you want to receive them next year,
I will say the navy pro tools are fabulous,the downside is be prepared to wait months on end for your order,
If you need these quick I wouldn’t bother, there’s other companies out there that could deal with this better.
The customer service is not good.

Yes I agree the tools are very well made by professionals and if it was a 2-4 week as you stated it would not be an issue at all.
However, I have now been waiting 14 weeks and your company have told me it was shipped to Royal Mail over 2 weeks ago. I have contacted Royal Mail and they don’t have the package in the system,
I then contacted you again to follow this up and I have not a response from you so unfortunately this left me with no option but to put a hold on the payment with my credit company,
Should you wish to discuss this pleasers feel free to contact me.
I would also like to know why, if there is a lead time of 2-4 weeks why have I been waiting 14 weeks?

I have so much positivity for Navy, this family run company sells products that are not only the highest quality but they also do the job superbly. Their customer service is fabulous, the packaging is stunning & correspondence is so friendly, helpful & honest. The wait time is always stated on any products & as soon as they are ready they arrive perfectly (& with a biccie). I have purchased multiple tools and accessories from Navy Pro Tools, nothing compares to my Ethel, Doris & Helen which are still as sharp and efficient as the day I received them. You may have to wait slightly longer for your tools but lead times are given before purchase and these tools are most definitely worth the wait! 🙌🏼 The team have always been very helpful and polite when I have contacted them 💙

Well what can I say about this brand. Their tools are second to none and their ethos is incredible. If you are adamant about creating the best manicures and gel manicures for your clients, then invest in these tools. Some may think they’re a little on the pricey side but before Navy, I was purchasing cuticle nippers and tools on a yearly basis. Since purchasing Ethel, Doris, Martha and Beryl, I’ve not had to think about replacing them. They create the perfect base for a manicure with polish or gel and they have amazing lash and brow tools, that I’ll be purchasing before we reopen too. A family run business that cares about the industry. Incredible customer service that’s open about lead times. Beauty gals, the best thing you could do is invest in Navy Pro Tools. A brand for the industry that supports and promotes the industry.

Since discovering Navy tools about a year ago I now have a collection of 12 and have subscribed to the hygenie pack as well. I have been so impressed with the quality, the attention to detail and the overall experience. Yes, the lead times have been long but we are in the middle of a global pandemic and Navy have a small team who work tirelessly to help their customers. The tools are worth the wait. You have a customer for life and I am looking forward to feeding my addiction again soon.
