Helen is a spiritual Goddess! Just hearing Helen's calming and soothing voice is relaxing and helps you forget all of your worries. I'm relatively new to yoga and I couldn't have started with a better teacher. Helen is truly amazing 👏 ❤️.

Absolutely lovely yoga classes - gentle and beginner friendly but lots of options to make it a challenge for more experienced yogis! Helen is a gorgeous person and makes you feel so welcome from the moment you step in the studio.

Helen is an amazing yoga teacher.
Over the years I have been to numerous classes run by other teachers and can honestly say she is head and shoulders above the lot of them!
Everyone is made to feel welcome and the fact that there are so many regulars speaks volumes.
The environment is perfect and a variety of props are available to ensure all levels of ability can try their hand at the trickier poses 😊
I always feel refreshed and ready to face the day after my Monday morning session.

Had a brilliant experience practising with Helen recently. She is truly amazing, welcoming and professional. Ideal teacher for everyone who is a bit shy to practise yoga. The vibe was incredible.
