I’ve found MyNara very user friendly and easy to navigate. All information and evidence is very secure as it is stored in the cloud not just on the device, It’s good that everything is stored in one secure place and not have the risk of loosing it. The app itself also requires a pin and has a quick exit button which is brilliant! The app icon is discreet. It’s very easy and quick to log incidents and gives you a lot of prompts for more information such as logging the exact time and dates of events. This app has definitely been well thought out.

I was recommended to use this app by a friend, and it has really helped me understand that I didn’t have very healthy boundaries. I started logging what I thought was unhealthy behaviour from my partner at the time and the counter was going up and up. I then upgraded to the NarcAmor program and it validated me in everything I was experiencing. I’m so happy to say I’m now out of that unhealthy relationship and I’m really working on myself and being happy. Would recommend to everyone.

This app has been my saviour, without it I wouldn’t have been able to store all the evidence of the abuse I suffered. The NarcAmor programme is fantastic and I would recommend it to anyone suffering any kind of abuse.

I can’t put into words how amazing this app is and what a difference it will make to so many suffering abuse, like it has with myself.

It’s something that has been needed for a long time, to help men and women gather evidence of the abuse they are suffering and without the abuser finding it.

I highly recommend this app.
