I have benefitted from the care here. Staff in general are nice. Rules are strict which is understandable. Prn medication is given quickly as normal..
On the down side. I had my wallet stolen when left in my room. Then suddenly found the next day with £30 missing. I've had 3 confrontations with staff mainly to do with regulations and i was unable to say goodbye to my uncle in person when he died. To be fair staff suggested they were concerned for my welfare
I do now feel I'm bed blocking and staff have become distant and un helpful. So now keeping my head down and waiting for pickup for respite.
Would I recmend mulberry ward. yes. but I would suggest you keep your valuables on your person and or in a safe place

Mostly caring staff, a smile makes ur day. If you behave they treat you fair. Very difficult for someone with PTSD and anger issues. Night staff a bit awkward but again if you respect them most would respect you. Odd few staff I found ignorant but mostly a good place all round
