I thoroughly enjoyed Kerry’s 8 week introduction to mindfulness course. The online sessions left me feeling incredibly relaxed and grounded. As a complete novice to mindfulness and meditation, Kerry delivered the content in an accessible and reassuring manner. Kerry’s tone of voice instantly made me feel at ease. Moving forwards this course has enabled me to apply mindfulness in everyday life to help manage anxious thoughts and feelings. I highly recommend Kerry’s introduction to mindfulness course.

I honestly can’t say enough nice things about Kerry and my experience with MindsFirst. A genuinely lovely lady, Kerry brings a real sense of patience, empathy and compassion to each meeting, creating a calming atmosphere that is easy to relax and open up in. Having previously tried other forms of therapy without much success I really loved her pragmatic approach to dealing with depression and anxiety, offering practical mindfulness techniques I found easy to apply as day to day practice, or to use during low or stressful moments. I have felt a significant improvement in my ability to deal with anxiety since my block of sessions with her and would, without hesitation, recommend MindsFirst to anyone struggling with these issues. Kerry also offers really fun group events which are great if you’re new to mindfulness or meditation and need an introduction! Thank you Kerry!

I would highly recommend MindsFirst to anyone, and especially those interested in Mindfulness. Kerry has a lovely, soft, welcoming manner that instantly puts you at ease, enables you to feel comfortable to ask questions and get the most out of the meditation practices.

I started off by attending the midweek mindfulness sessions and then took the eight-week introduction course to mindfulness. These sessions were very insightful and have helped me to really understand the benefits of mindfulness. In particular, to develop the regular practices that provide clarity about thoughts, feelings and emotions - the greater awareness and acceptance that comes with these practices has consequently created a greater sense of ease and the possibility to make lasting, consistent changes to behaviours.

I am currently doing 1-to-1 sessions, which are helping me to deepen my understanding and consistency of mindfulness practices.

I came across Minds first whilst going through a really bad time and needed a way of helping myself through! Kerry was so helpful, kind and reassuring. Through lockdown I started the 8 week mindfulness course over zoom and I feel it gave me lots of useful tools and reassurance that I wasn’t alone. I am not somebody with lots of confidence and struggle with anxiety but even over zoom Kerry made me feel welcome and didn’t push me to talk or even show my face if I didn’t want to. Overall I would definitely recommend Minds first. I continue to use some of the practices day to day as even just a bit of ‘me time’ helps. I hope to get along to future minds first events as they definitely have helped me.

Fantastic ladies who make you feel comfortable from day 1 and there depth of knowledge is fantastic, the meditation sessions are super and the ongoing support throughout the course was brilliant, if your thinking of starting on your journey on mindfulness this lady is an absolute winner 🥇 thanks for all your help 😀👍
