Load of rubbish!! waiting is not what a desperate person wants and if your even lucky enough to speak to someone they just patronising and don't actually help

Needed to call in mental distress and isolated. first message you get is we can only accept 1 call a day for 30 mins. I hung up straight away. One thing I can say for certain, that has made my mental health 100× worse is being felt like I'm just another emotional statistic and any "support" person is just going to respond off a learnt script and be more concerned about when they get to go home, as that has been my experience with all mental health services so far and to hear that message as soon as I call, straight away confirms that you won't be able to help me. My mental health can't be co pressed to a single 30 min for your Convenience thanks I have trouble communicating enough as it it. If you cared about helping people in a mental health crisis then you will stay on the phone for as long as it takes for the person to feel OK to leave the call. Ive known 3 people below the age of 22 to take their own lives now and I can tell you now this is the sort of thing that tips you.

I just wanted to say I shopped in Taunton Mind today and such a lovely experience, I wad served by Gemma ,this was her new job and the gentleman Marc whom was helping her did a lovely job ,with such encouraging attitude.
