I approached Mike as I was struggling with mental health, my skin and a niggly knee injury. I was a bit apprehensive to start with as I hadn’t undertaken anything like this before. I talked through my problems with him and we went through a hypnosis/massage and sub-conscious mind exercise to establish the route of the problems. We discussed my childhood and my fathers death which I never properly took enough time to get over that and mourn properly. I now have a focus of where I want to be in the future that I remind myself of daily which gives me a goal to work towards, and not just feeling like life is a waste of time.

I took a 3 month programme with Mike, unlimited sessions. I have to say it was great, to be able to talk through how I was feeling with someone outside of my family. The deep massage was great, very relaxing despite it being painful at times it relieved a lot of stress and tightness in my muscles. I left one session after work on my injured knee, feeling like I wanted to run up the road to my car! It’s been a few months since I finished the plan and despite dips in my mental health from time to time, the techniques to reduce stress Mike showed me work really well. I would have absolutely no issue visiting Mike or calling him to discuss things again should the need arise.

He is not a trained therapist and not associated with any mental health associations. He over charges and lies about his training. Also he has fake reviews from families and friends, Mike posts and requests fake reviews in the same day or two. Please look at the dates the others done. His treatment is negligence and is a danger to peoples safty.

After some particularly difficult but unavoidable stress I became ill and unable to work. It took a couple of years of tests for the diagnosis of Fibromyalgia to be made. Although it will never be cured (the medics say) I have been able to help myself using some of Mikes relaxation methods and ideas on improving lifestyle. He keeps ahead of ideas in wellbeing circles and is always calm and professional. He is also kind and very focused on his work ethic.
