Complete waste of time. Took about 4 months to actually be seen, which was relatively quick compared to waiting lists for other mental health services. Once seen, was told to contact another organisation. Usual case of being pushed from one place to another and no-one taking the time to actually help my teenager. So frustrating!

This place would be perfect if they had more staff... It is ment 2 b there 4 children and young adults but they r suppose 2 b helping them with dealing their own problems! Because of the lack of staff the waiting list is disgusting. The staff r great what is there but they desperately need more.

Beverly was absolutely brillaint but one worker called simon joseph wasnt helpful at all and made mental health a lot worse! Really wouldnt recommended unless you get Beverly!
