Complex patients are treated in a disgusting manner by more than half the staff. Neglect is the norm in McCartney house, they are void of compassion, lack empathy and upto date knowledge of treatments and conditions.

If I could go elsewhere I would but unfortunately this is my only option

Had an emergency appointment made for my son today. He was really nervous and anxious but at least he turned up. Got there early and was told it had been cancelled? Apparently this is because he had his October appointment brought forward to next month, that's nice of them.
Why didn't they have the decency,respect to phone him to tell him that before he got there?
It seems that the mental health service don't really care about a person's health and wellbeing.
I will be taking it further now because my son deserves better.

I've been under this team for 9 years. There absolutely useless. The staff are so rude and have no compassion. They never answer the phone so if you need them it's tough luck.

Dire! No empathy from staff, awful reception (can hear everything they say to other patients) the place needs some sound, music or TV in the tiny waiting area. It's an awful place....doesn't do anything to calm your nerves while sitting waiting. Dr I seen had no empathy and seemed to have decided what my problem was before I'd even sat down. Meds sent to pharmacy after 4 weeks, with no further appointments given. I give up!!

My son had an appointment today with a Care Coordinator . He has been having a bad few days. She arranged for him to be seen by a doctor and he really listened and helped. Thank you.

If I could give it 0 stars I would not very helpful at all the mental health service there is appalling and you can never get through to the receptionist after leaving messages still never received any phone calls back absolutely useless. I got intouch with a private mental health doctor for some advice and he said I should get a second opinion and the treatment I've received is disgusting I should also make a written complaint about the service and take it further.

Incompetent arrogant and racist nurse called Mimi. Refused treatment to a patient overdue and poorly with paranoid schizophrenia because the patient arrived too early. Doesn't report the panic attack and meltdown which ensured due to her hostile "care".
