A really lovely shopping experience made pleasant by the genuinely friendly staff who were just superb. It was like visiting a friend for a drink and a natter with the attentiveness and dedication they all demonstrated towards the customers of all ages.

I took my two young daughters who love the store and love coming back time and time again.

Visited the Norwich branch today looking for a gift for my partner. Super helpful staff, very friendly and always happy to help. I was helped by Orla today who was supper lovely and super helpful. I believe I was also helped by her over the Christmas period when I shopped for my children and they loved all their lush gifts. Very knowledgeable and made to feel welcome. My Son and I are regular customers of Lush as we love the products and all of the staff are very nice but I wanted to leave a review for the lovely Grace who made our visit last Thursday 31st particularly special! She was so welcoming and encouraged my Son to come to the sink where she demonstrated a bath bomb and a shower jelly, encouraging him to join in and play with the products. Grace was kind, welcoming and informative. Grace was also able to multitask perfectly, letting another young customer experience a bath bomb too without forgetting about us. Thank you very much for making our visit such a memorable one ♥️

Abby gave us the most exceptional customer service and supported us through the entire purchasing experience.

From Basma to Yummy custard she gave us live demonstrations of the benefits for various products and then recommended some to take home as free samples.

She also explained to us Lush’s more charitable schemes such as the watermelon soap which gives 75% of its sale price to those in need in the Middle Eastern conflict. We were happy to support!!

Meg in the the Norwich lush store is absolutely fantastic! Excellent customer service, great knowledge on products. I’ve visited this store many times and she is always helpful, takes the time to really have a one on one customer experience. She was also very patient and kind when I was in with my daughter and they had a conversation about cats! Thank you Meg, lush is lucky to have you. 10/10

Had a lovely visit to Lush. The shop was clean, well-organized, and smelled amazing as always. Izzy was especially helpful, she took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and made excellent recommendations. Will definitely be back!

A really enjoyable visit today, made even better by the amazing Meg. She was so friendly and welcoming. She showed my nieces the bath bombs in water and gave them samples of their favourites and helped them choose their products to take home. Fantastic experience and special thanks to Meg.
