I had ten sessions with Tim which provided a safe space to discuss everything and anything. Even if you’re an open book like me, knowing you have free reign to talk fully about yourself and not divert to someone else is really valuable, and a gift I’d recommend anyone give themselves. At the end of the ten weeks I’ve come away feeling extremely content and full of even more gratitude for life than when I started (which I didn’t think was possible). With Tim’s advice and tips on exercises to bring into my day to keep the balance, I’ve created days that end with a satisfaction that I have gained all from it that I can. Huge thanks to Tim!

I started seeing Tim when I was at a point in my life where I just didn’t know what was going on, I was anxious about everything and struggling to do simple tasks. Tim has helped me so much not only with anxiety but my previous traumas and he has honestly changed my life. I would feel comfortable telling him anything; has guided me through big decisions and the things that used to trigger me seem like a past memory, however when those triggers pop up, which they do now and then, he is always there to get me back to where I’m meant to be, happy. I genuinely couldn’t recommend someone more highly!
