I was struggling with chronic pain and migraines following whiplash injury for over 4 years. I’ve seen many physiotherapists, neurologists, and other doctors with little results. I have significantly reduced my physical activities trying to avoid the pain. I had 10 sessions with Louise and the chronic pain is gone and I was able to come back to ALL physical activities. She was very kind and understanding and effectively led me through her program to get rid of chronic pain. She provided me with tools and techniques and supported quicker recovery using hypnotherapy. I’m beyond grateful to her and I finally have my life back after 4 years. As part of the sessions I have also been able to deal with some other past issues and I feel more resilient than ever before. I went to Louise for chronic pain. I found the first couple of weeks I was exhausted after learning why I was in pain and why I am like I am. But after the 3rd session I started to feel so much better! My pain started to ease, but my mind also became so much quieter, less analytical, less critical. I found I had more energy to do things in my life and didn’t feel so overwhelmed.
Louise is very kind and understanding, she seemed to know exactly how I was feeling after a session and reassured me. She recommend some good books and provided me with tools to use to keep myself calm and present. I’m so glad I went to Louise and would defiantly use her again. I would highly recommend, I can’t believe how different I feel after only 5 sessions!

I have visited Louise for two groups of six sessions and both times have been incredibly transformative. She is extremely skilled at helping you understand and communicate your own thoughts, and uses many techniques and a huge amount of knowledge to tailor the sessions to your specific needs.

I am so glad that I found Louise. When I started my 10 session program with her I was a pretty nervous wreck and wracked with chronic pain. By week 4 I experienced the first pain free days that I can ever remember and the more I immerse myself in the work the thicker and faster they come. The work works. She guided me through it with clarity and direction, helping me to understand where to draw boundaries and develop healthy practices. Whilst she was sympathetically supportive she never let us descend in to “he said she said” detail but instead focused on providing methods and tools to build a solid emotional framework that would help me help myself. I now have clear ideas how to move forward and what to do when things go wrong. I would recommend her to anyone serious about making positive change.
