A mix of various health providers are located here including Eye Screening - the reason I visited recently for a retinal scan as a type 2 diabetes sufferer I need to get my eyes checked every year.
The operators are friendly and helpful sadly people who are given timed appointments often don't show up, and so it affects others who do.

Highly recommend staff are extremely friendly went here today to see someone from the restart scheme we arrived 1 hour early but the women at reception let us sit inside for the entire hour until it was time to go upstairs. The people from restart here are amazing got offered a cup of tea and are very interested in what people want to do in the future and offer plenty of courses

The staff is so friendly and very understanding. My appointment was 1:45 and i was called the exact same time. There is a little waiting room with some magazines to keep you busy. Thank you for being so nice. The location is as well so close to my Gp and the city centre and the bus station.

Used the physio dept on ground floor. Was greeted on every occasion by the extremely lovely Linda on the front desk, so welcoming on every occasion and professional too. Saw the physio Gill he was very lovely and the excersies along with the acupuncture work very well for my back issues.

Parking a problem as Holmans Meadow car park, disabled spaces were full and payment was only by phone. My wife has to drop me off and go to park and ride to park and then come into town on park and ride bus. Shame on you Canterbury City Council for not supplying cash alternative method of paying

The wellbeing centre is well-furnished and the receptionists helpful. The NHS services are housed in a cramped and busy part of the building not well-suited to the services offered. Careful of the parking charges - being in a central location, the car park behind the business centre is £0.70 for 20 mins or £1.80 for an hour.
