Phoned to try to get an appointment to get my implant contraceptive removed since it's 6 weeks after it was due to run out. I live literally within walking distance of the clinic but because my postcode didn't fall within tameside I got refused an appointment. Less than 10 minutes drive away but they refused and I've had to book in at an entirely new clinic despite this place being the clinic I got it done every other time. Perhaps work out appointments by mile radius instead of by borough?

Staff are lovely quick appointment just wish teens could come in on other days too instead of just one or two days, grateful for the nurse and student nurse for how they handled my anxiety & autism while getting the implant over all perfect experiences each time I’ve gone

On arrival reception was very helpful and very polite and made me feel at ease. Georgina the nurse also made me feel at ease as I suffer from severe anxiety but she made this experience very positive and explained in great detail all actions which was carried out in a professional manner. These x2 staff are an absolute credit to the business and deserve recognition from upper management for their absolute attention to detail. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Doctor refers me here I phone up they tell me to phone back at 8:30. I stay on the phone nearly 3 hours getting cut off about every hour then I get through and they tell me again there are no appointments. I don’t want an appointment for today, but any appointment I have to phone back again at 8:30. I am now three days in and still no appointment I will be phoning for the fourth time after the weekend and if no appointment I will be seeking my MP to phone this number. I am not being rude in any way to the staff that is not acceptable but the whole booking system is an absolute shambles and the bosses at the top need to calm down and see what is happening when you create such a silly booking system . .

The booking system at the orange rooms is pathetic I was on the phone for more than half hour to book an appointment and once answered they say I have to book half 8 for same day booking. I wanted to book for some day this week but they said I had to book on the day at half 8? How does that make sense. Its outrageous whoever is in charge needs to have a deep think about how they are running the place 😡

Great experience, highly recommended clinic! I came here for a contraception consultation. Getting an appointment is a bit wonky, you need to call in the morning of the day to book it, but aside from that the clinic is really nice, easily accessible, the staff is super nice and helpful.
They were very considerate, gave me all information I needed to make the right decision. Thank you!

Can not fault the care I received today at The Orange Rooms in Ashton-under-Lyne. I went in for an implant removal and they were amazing.

From the moment I went in I was greeted with smiles and care. Every member of staff I interacted with was lovely.

The nurse who removed the implant was very attentive and made me feel very relaxed, as I have a tendency to be anxious in these kind of situations.
