This is the second time we have used Live and Learn. Our trainer was called Jamie, we had one zoom and one face to face telesales course. Both sessions were brilliant, our staff got so much out of them. The course really makes you think differently about your everyday actions and what would work better in the future.

Both times our staff were engaged all day, there were lots of fun activities where we would break out into smaller groups and complete tasks.

As a business, we are going to do this annually for staff motivation and to hopefully drive sales.
