I’ve been attending therapy sessions with Phil now for one year and can honestly say it has been life changing. I came to Phil when I was feeling extremely overwhelmed, low and my anxiety was at an all time high. To have the space to explore how I’m feeling has been so beneficial for me, especially as Phil is so knowledgable, understanding and supportive. Phil asks questions that challenge my mindset and allow me to think logically, and has provided me with methods and strategies to cope in every day life. I could not recommend Links Wellness more.

Me and Phil have been on a journey for the last 18 months, he’s helped me immensely and I can’t thank him enough. He’s challenged my thought process which has then allowed me to think differently and approach scenarios much better and clearer minded than I would before. Working with Phil on some deep-rooted issues has been a highlight of the past 6 months or so. I contacted Phil a while ago and got a phone call from him discussing possible sessions with him. From the first phone call the things he spoke about made sense and I felt at ease with working with him, since then I have seen him once every 2 weeks and felt benefits from speaking to him and the methods he gives you to work on and how he gives you different ways of seeing things, and to understand why you may feel the way you do. I would absolutely recommend anyone that feels they need someone to speak to, to help their mindset, to get in touch with Phil.

It’s not often I take the time to leave a review, but when someone has had such a positive impact on my life as Phil has at Links Wellness, it seems only right to share the experience. I, like most of the country, was apprehensive about therapy. Now being many sessions deep, I would never look back. Phil creates a welcoming and safe atmosphere, making it very easy to express problems without fear of judgement. Phil has helped me find the root cause of many “quirks” and has guided me through the best way to overcome them. I would wholeheartedly recommend therapy to absolutely everyone, even if you think you might not need it. And Phil is a truly exceptional therapist and who I would personally recommend.

Can’t recommend Links Wellness enough -
I’ve had a membership for over a year now and my journey so far has taught me so much. Feel like I’m in a drastically healthier mindset than I was before I started and now feel a lot better equipped to challenge unhelpful thoughts and deal with any issues going forward. I have used Phils services for perhaps the past 6 month now. He’s been the most helpful counsellor I’ve had to date and I’ve been through several. He is welcoming calming and helps you to work through what you need to at a pace you feel good with. He is compassionate but constructive. I would and have reccomened to my Friends. Great service.
