Steve was recommended to me and I booked some sessions for my friend who was having some personal difficulties and does not have internet access. The process was really easy, Steve replied swiftly and had my friend seen within 48hrs on a Saturday AM which was brilliant service. After only a handful of sessions I cannot believe the difference the sessions have made for my friend. I found Liberty counselling by searching online for help with some anxiety I was struggling with and was pleased that the counsellor offered virtual online sessions, as I was worried about having face to face sessions with restrictions in place because of the pandemic. My counsellor Steve immediately made me feel at ease soon into the first session, he came across as completely trustworthy, non-judgemental and very easy to talk to. I’ve now had 3 sessions and would highly recommend him due to being an excellent listener, empathetic and also excellent value for money. Would recommend Steve at Liberty Counselling to anyone, I went with a gambling addiction that was probably a bit different to others, but Steve completely turned my thinking around and made me see the value of money and also the effect my gambling had on others around me including my partner, thanks to Steve I’m in such a better place and nearly have a good deposit for a house.
