I have been going to Penny for regular reiki sessions and massages for about a year. I always come away feeling a lot better than when I go in. Debbie is always friendly and chatty on reception as well. I started going to Leaf because I wanted to try hypnotherapy as I felt something was being blocked to sort out my mental health issues and I saw Janet who helped me accept certain things and forgive myself and others and it has made me a much better person (after30+years of struggling with things). Leaf is a very friendly, welcoming and supportive place and everyone I have dealt with have been lovely. Highly recommend.

Penny is highly experienced and very skilled at massage. She listens to my description of my ailment, but is intuitive and finds connected problems I didn't know I had! She has helped my back, my ankle, my neck... I can move freely after a session. She is also very lovely, and we laugh a lot (mostly at my discomfort!). I can't rate her highly enough.

Lovely and clean appointment rooms, and such a welcoming and relaxing setting. Have had many amazing remedial massages by Penny who never fails to get the knots undone, and Hoppi ear candling by Claire to decongest my head.

Just had an Indian Head Massage with Penny for the first time. As a hairdresser & therapist myself, my shoulders are horrendously knotty! Penny spent ages working out my knots & was so friendly. I left feeling so relaxed & have already rebooked my next appointments. Would definitely recommend.

Started the Couch to 5K app in first lockdown but soon hit knee problems. Have been to Penny for a few years now for massage therapy and prevention of back pain, so then started with my knees! She has been brilliant, taking it all one stage at a time with my legs and back, with some home exercises too, then doing the next part of the app, and getting always caring and supportive treatment. On Sunday I will run my first ever 5K with no knee or back pain and my BP right down too !!! I would never have got there without Penny and all the team at LEAF. Thank you so much. I would fully recommend, and do!
