Waste of space. They don't call you back. Can't get to speak to a human after 3 attempts, going elsewhere for help

I called 3 days ago and contacted them twice today and still no reply from the service. I understand that they are probably busy but there is just no excuse for ignorance. No human being to speak to either, just an answer machine. Completely ridiculous. I can't believe people are actually raising funds for this useless service. If you want to speak to an actual person, just make believe you want to donate money. That way you will definitely get to speak to someone. These people should be reported!

I too would give 0 if I could. I have been calling this number all morning, the phone rings off the hook and then cuts off. What kind of help are these people claiming to give if they cannot be contacted

Was referred to this organisation and have tried to make contact with them several times about an urgent matter and have been completely ignored.
Nobody answers phone.
