Used them years ago after mental health breakdown. I was discharged from home treatments, then told by one of the mental health community mental health nurses that because my makeup looked good everything is "normal" and I'm doing well. It's sad he was an african man.. I'm african too. A CPN also told me I've been on medication "for ages" and still not improving.. 😕 🤷🏾‍♂️ I found that so unnecessary considering they were the ones *supposed* to be facilitating my recovery process..

Only things they actually helped with was doing me longterm sick notes so didn't have to suffer with seeing ignorant doctors to get sick notes..

I have so many trauma memories from mental health and support services

Awful place to have to go too
The Dr has missed 3 of my home visits and then the out of hours nurse will just tell u to do yoga and brrath better ...seriously I have felt suicidal since watching five of my sister's die from cancer and heart failure ..these people would have killed me if mum hadn't already lost so much ...the Dr seems dedicated when he actually arrives but then nurse says he is in way over his head ..so I really do now feel like I should just give up !!

They make us so angry then take us off their list when u can't take no more ABUSE
I feel like no one is caring unless you jump off your block then the inquest will just add u to the terrible stats of suicide rate in the UK

So sad it's horrible

Awful receptionist, she is rude and not helpful when called to query their services. You call and call until the line disconnects and when you call back the number suddenly rings busy.

Does not know how to speak threatening behaviour
Should she really be working on front desk if she does not know how to speak to people
