I’ve done a lot of blocks of therapy and this was by far the most impactful. Kevin helped me help myself out of a really hard situation that was making me depressed. A safe space where I felt like I could talk about everything openly and the way kevin asks questions helped me massively to un muddle my thoughts and align how I was feeling. Very grateful! I will be back but for now I wake up with a smile on my face again so thankyou Kevin!
