Yesterday I completed my Level 3 First Aid in the workplace with Joanne. It was such a lovely day. Joanne makes everyone feel at ease and welcome with her friendly and warm nature. I have completed quite a few first aid courses but I have to say this one was the most enjoyable and I actually felt like I learnt so much. The group size was perfect and the organisational of the whole day ran so smoothly. If anyone needs to complete their first aid - book Joanne as she is just amazing! I did this course at baby sensory in Ferrybridge. I was nervous to do it, but it was great. Something everyone should definitely do, whether you have kids or not. It’s always good to know some form of first aid. Highly recommend.

My two girls did the junior medics course today with Joanne and it was fantastic. They had so much fun and although it can be a scary topic Joanne made it fun whilst being informative. Fantastic informative first aid course! My husband and I attended to learn some first aid in preparation for our baby due in about a months time.
