Kate runs the most amazing workshops for children. I am SO pleased to have found her, and that she is part of my eldest’s (and definitely my younger two once they are old enough to attend) lives. She teaches children the tools and knowledge that I wish I had been taught as a child, but that it’s tricky for me to teach myself, as they are so often resistant to hearing from their own parents! Kate makes it fun and accessible to children, and my daughter always leaves asking when the next workshop is! She has learn some amazing tools, and I have seen such an amazing change in her levels of anxiety, quality of sleep and ability to express her feelings. Thank you so much Kate, your work is SO important and we really appreciate what you do.

Prevention is better than cure when it comes to mental and emotional health and signing my daughter up to Journey in Mind was the best investment into my daughter and her mental/emotional health and future success. Well worth every penny and will be looking into booking some follow up sessions as she grows older!
