The Hotel although the rooms were a little tired looking was immaculately clean and tidy. The gardens were really well maintained. We had no complaints either with the food as there was always something we hadn’t tried. We would definitely go to this hotel again. Jacob our holiday advisor is amazing, he couldn’t do enough to ensure everything was covered. He was always on hand if we had any questions or concerns.

Had an awful booking experience with this company. Was in contact with Susan we agreed a price and i paid a deposit. Then when I got the invoice they added 29pp x 4 booking fee that I was not told about. Then the manager tried to do a deal with me and said could I pay £58 admin fees instead. Then they tried to make out they were doing me a favour by giving me an extra room but this was already on my original booking. I also paid for 2 hold bags and these weren't on my booking either. Please do not trust this company. Its been an awful and stressful experience and I have still paid more than I would have for this holiday. I wish I had never encountered them and just booked with a reputable company online. AVOID AVOID AVOID totally unprofessional and do not trust. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Had an amazing holiday in Egypt with friends. Lovely initial hotel followed by trip down the Nile. Our tour guide Aladdin, was the best. So helpful, knowledgable and fun to be with. Really recommend him.
