This mothers circle was so enlightening. It was not just a circle of mothers coming together to meditate, it was a true spiritual and healing experience! I connected to my higher self, journeyed through my memories as a child in order to unlock some thoughts and feelings that were pushed back into my subconscious. It was also so special sharing that vulnerable space with other mums too, I felt so safe and supported for any feelings that cropped up. Jec doesn't just leave you hung dry, she supports you afterwards too to share the experience and sends an aftercare email which I find so lovely and that ongoing support goes such a long way!!
I came home so much lighter than I was before I went, my cup had more room for my young toddler and I was called to perform a really meaningful ritual with her when I got home which was a truly special bonding experience.
