Had been struggling with a lot of childhood trauma and loss in my life which was manifesting in unhealthy ways and causing a lot of depression especially around my birthday. Working with Jenny has been eye opening and helped me learn about myself in ways I never imagined. In less than a year I’ve been given a whole new perspective and have been able to get in touch with my lost childhood in a way I never thought possible. Jenny is a wonderful person and fantastic at what she does, I would highly recommend seeking her help for anyone who is struggling.

I have been working with Jenny for about a year now and she has guided me through my healing with the beauty of reiki and root cause therapy. And it's been the most incredible journey. I am now the happiest I have ever been in my body and within my self. I have been working with Jenny for around 10 months and have been on a couple of her workshops and retreats. She is wonderful, her counselling and guidance are gentle and sensitive, her reiki treatments are sublime and highly effective. I am so grateful to Jen at Inner Wisdom Wellbeing for her wonderful energy healing and coaching. Jen is kind, intuitive, knowledgeable and so amazing at what she does. Jen has helped me so much in focusing my mind and helping me to re-balance and one of my favourite ways of relaxing and having time to myself is receiving Reiki, both in person and remotely. Both are wonderful and I always feel so relaxed, clearer and calmer after my treatments. The feedback provided after a treatment is so in depth and massively helpful.
