They absolutely disregarded my referral. When I called to follow up, the receptionist (who was extremely rude) told me that they were 'waiting for an update.' What exactly am I waiting for an update on? As stated in the text message you sent me, you were meant to call me to schedule an assessment. That was weeks ago, and I still have not heard anything. I can only assume this is because my ‘scores' were not to the liking of your so-called therapists, who were not equipped to treat me and blamed me for my scores not falling quickly enough.

Ignoring a referral from someone with severe PTSD is horrid, and do not make the mistake of believing it went undetected. I will report you to the CQC and I will follow up with my GP because I know they will not stand for it. I strongly suggest everyone to avoid Inclusion Thurrock since they are no longer a reliable service; they are far from it, and they are actually very negligent.

I will seek help from actual therapists, not phoney ones like yourselves. You appear to be more concerned with paperwork and ‘scores ' than with the well-being of persons suffering from mental illnesses. If your grades do not seem good on paper, you will be disregarded.

My experience has been life changing. I feel lighter and feel as if a cloud has been lifted and look forward to managing my mental health better, have more awareness and coping strategies. Amachukwu was brilliant he was patient, sensitive to my needs and knowledgeable Coming from an ethnic background it made my experience so much easier, knowing he could relate to my cultural background.
Thank you so much Ama.

I had a really good experience with Inclusion Thurrock but need to highlight Dave Armour. He was supportive, knowledgeable and above all, kind. He really did break barriers with me and get to the route of certain problems which I will forever appreciate!

If anyone finds themselves paired up with Dave then I can assure you, you are in great hands. Thank you so much for all your help.

Absolutely useless. My family member have been their patient for quite some time and hardly shown any improvement. On top of that, they requested for a letter or document from inclusion to prove how bad their mental health was but got nothing. Although they are suffering from anxiety, depression, overthinking, stress, claustrophobia and sleeplessness etc. But the so called therapists are not ready medical proof of their diagnosis.

Similar experience to person before me - K_pluck.

The first phone call was lovely from where the receptionist arranged a therapist to call me the same day. The receptionist was very considerate and you could tell she had training. It takes a lot to speak about your troubles to someone especially when you have to condense it into a couple of minutes to someone you've spoken to for under a minute. Unfortunately, I had to take my dog to the vet at the time the therapist called me so I called back to arrange a another phone appointment today.

This time the experience was the complete opposite. It was clear the receptionist had no training on how to communicate with anyone sharing hard feelings. Although she wasn't rude, she was abrupt, displayed no empathy, short and responded with asking "so what's the call for, is it depression or anxiety orrr?" Her responses come across very insensitive. When she answered the phone I was in the middle of explaining what the situation was when she interrupted with "whats your surname?" No tact at all...

This service is a great concept and thank you for everyone that's apart of it I'm sure you've helped so many but please, I can't stress enough how important it is that the receptionists are trained on how to speak to anyone that calls in. It took a lot for me to make that call, sharing any difficult feelings can make someone feel very vulnerable and what causes people to not speak up is experiences like what I had today. My mum is terminally ill so it can feel very easy to feel hopeless and that phone call just made me feel worse.

As I say, she wasn't rude & the reason I'm writing the review is in the hope someone from management address's this and removes the receptionist from answering any more phone calls until she's had more training as it would be a massive shame if anyone else was put of this service resulting in them suffering in silence and not benefiting from everything Inclusion Thurrock has to offer.

Every time I've spoken with you I have told you about my issue with withheld numbers. With nuisance callers calling on withheld numbers causing me to have panic attacks... every time you call on a withheld number my mental situation gets worse.
Aren't you guys supposed to have a positive impact? Instead, you emulate the same thing that's messing me up in the first place, or in yesterday's case, didn't call at all... after leaving work early expecting a long call, I've just ended up losing out on money for no reason.
Once I've spoken to someone properly I might change my review... but while I'm being put in this panicked state over and over by you, I just with I could rate lower.

A big thank you, for helping me to turn my life around for the better. I have had quite a few councillors in the past, but without the help of Mr Stiles, the faith, the courage and the confidence that I was shown I had within myself, I would never have had the strength to move forward in my life, even if he did ask to many questions and put me through my paces. Thank you.
