Classes are well structured, friendly and welcoming. Instructors are patient and kind. My daughter started off less than a year ago, a shy anxious girl lacking in confidence never wanting to perform in front of anyone. Now she is a more confidence determined girl that attended her first Knockdown Tournament, last month and even won a trophy. All because of the fantastic teachings at IKK Aylesham. It's been amazing to watch her confidence grow week by week.
