My family member has been sectioned to the springrise and I think the staff have been absolutely amazing. They have been lovely i cant fault any of them.Ellie and Jack have been amazing but the other staff have been absolutely lovely and helpful too.what a lovely group of people looking after the most challenging people. They have bent over backwards even just to walk in the grounds with our family member who thinks the world is against him. Wow what lovely people who actually care xxx

We need a mystery shopper style undercover reporter to expose the corruption and disgusting treatment of the spring rise ward. They are verbally abusive they don't care about their patients.
My mam was verbally abused by staff care assistant humpty numpty in the visiting room when my mother was about to hand me two solvidine. He ran in the room screaming at my mother snatched the pills off my mother hurting her arthritic and frail hand. I then seen him sitting angry at the camera monterrey with his eyes glued to the screen. I don't care to talk about my awfull treatment I received, I only care about what this man did to my mother and I want retribution. The male nurses and the light blue and purple black helpers you have to be careful around them they are bad news.

Try to make your stay as short as possible , be careful of undercover treatment patients and troublesome nurses and staff. Be your own council never refuse an mental health advocate. They tricked me to sign a waiver written for me as if I wrote it declining any help from a mental health advocate. I said I'm not signing it so they forced me. My treatment didn't go so well as you could imagine due to my lack of an advicate . mental health advicates are good don't refuse them they don't like the staff either. If your on section 3 go for tribunal as soon as possible you get two chances to a tribunal. One of the nurses nearly killed me by administrating insulin at a full sixty unit dose four times. They had me on a bariactric bed with bare exposed cables sting out staff came into my room destroying my headphone ears so I wouldn't be able to block the audio treatment they wold give me. They gave my clothes and towels away and took my two china cups that meant a lot to me plus a one hundred pound guitar pedal. This was during covid so no visitors alowed in ward.

absolutely vile establishment, doctors are abusive to patients, staff torment and bully service users, will not look after your loved ones. anyone who says otherwise is turning a blind eye to what's going on there. needs to be shut down and most the staff need to look for new jobs, i can't tell you how many red flags we've seen.

Rest in peace to the young man who was a patient in this hospital and they failed him and he isn't with his family anymore. Read about it just recently in the newspaper and the way in which the trust didn't listen to his mother. My condolences to his mother and siblings. Thinking of his family and friends. As for cntw you disgusting people.

The staff on the high security wing are violent and forced poison into me (a man of meditation and peace) on more than one occasion. The appeal panel found they had no reason to detain me against my will.
The nurse known as 'Laura' on Springrise took my property (grinders for my herbal medicine among other things) and did not account for, or return it. These heart hardened people are apparently accountable to nobody, as it can all be explained away... He's a nutter; what does he know? Guess what? Nutter or not, i can still post a review. Perhaps those untouchables in their ivory towers will now take some action, though i have my doubts... I pray you will never find your good self in the 'care' of such callous individuals... Cool runnings

My son was discharged with one days notice . Been in 6 months and came out worse then when he went in . Discharged him homeless . No phone or bank card when he left. According to the doctors and staff his mental state is ok ...I'm not medically trained , but do work in the mental health sector and if they think he's OK then i question who is the one with mental health problems !!!
