Simply an Amazing place!!
I attend Bethan’s meditation group every week and as a new mum it’s been a life line of me time. Bethan is such a wonderful human being , so kind and caring. The space is so peaceful and welcoming and she sells some beautiful bits as well 🥰

A deservedly award winning business.
I was recommended this place by a friend who thought it would be right up my street. And it was. Holistic health, yoga, pilates, meditation and so much more. Wholesome conversations and genuine human beings all passionate about what they do. I liked it so much so I decided to become a part of the team here.
If you are in Skipton it is well worth a look in.

This place is a real gem. Bethan the owner is absolutely lovely, she creates a calming, comfortable and inclusive environment for meditation, and is very knowledgeable & friendly to talk to.

I currently go to both evening and morning meditation group sessions, and highly recommend them both. It is clear that a lot of thought goes into each meditation, tailored to create variety and set the right energy for the time of day. The room is gorgeous and very relaxing.

On other notes, the shop itself is also lovely, varied & reasonably priced. I’ve also been to yoga sessions held here, which have also been very welcoming & enjoyable.

I could not recommend this place enough - if you’re on the fence about giving meditation or yoga a try - go for it, you will feel welcome here.

Holistic House is what Skipton has always needed/ been missing. Banu’s 1to1 Pilates sessions held here are nothing short of perfection. I always leave feeling relaxed, happy and so much stronger (Banu also offers 2to1 and group sessions in mat and reformer Pilates if you are wanting to get started on your own Pilates journey). Bethan (Roots of Tolos) has also created such a wonderful space with the gorgeous shop and mindful zones downstairs. I can highly recommend this quaint, safe and welcoming space! Xx

We popped into the 'slow living' shop at Holistic House on a whim, and were so pleased we did! There's such an interesting and eclectic range of products, and we learnt a lot from Bethan's expert advice. We came away with essential oils and carrier oils. Our house and bath smell amazing. We will be back.

I have been attending Bethan's Tuesday morning meditation sessions for the past 6 weeks and I am loving it. I had never done meditation before and I was apprehensive about what the sessions would be like. But Bethan made me feel welcome and relaxed. I found holistic house by accident and as soon as I walked in it felt right. It has an air of love and of people who love what they do
It was inviting I was just enquiring about Pilates as I have had a new knee and some movement is difficult and ended up booking the next months worth of 1:1 sessions.
Banu is kind, caring and very approachable works at your pace to help you do your best. I am a Pilates novice but love it this is because of how Banu teaches and cares
