I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel whilst delivering first aid training to their staff. Everyone I met was extremely kind and helpful. My room was very comfortable and the food was excellent. All of the staff undertaking the training were great, they showed excellent professionalism and enthusiasm and demonstrated skills to a very high standard. The spa facilities at this hotel were also a great addition to my stay! Thanks again everyone, it's been a pleasure! Ange x

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Great facilities and very clean. We travelled with 3 children one with asd , only let down was Sataurday breakfast staff were quite abrupt and didn’t seem to understand my son can’t be with lots of people so we decided to eat in our room once ordering, something was missed and I was told there would be an extra charge as our room was the other side of the hotel. Don’t quiet think that was on tbh as it wasn’t my mistake. Over all a lovely stay- Special thanks to Rom that went above and beyond for us, helpful, understanding and just a very pleasant human that I would employ time and time again. Xx

Had a great overnight stay with family at this clean and friendly hotel which looked recently refurbished.
The Restaurant was great with my son's gluten alergy and ensuring he was well catered for. Room was clean and generous.
Leisure Centre was relaxing. We used the swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna.
We had dinner and breakfast. Buffet breakfast was good. Lots of choice for vegetarians.

What a delight!
I use a lot of different hotels for work and rarely find consistently happy and friendly staff. This was an exception. Housekeepers on the corridors, reception and waiting staff were all friendly and were happy to interact with you.
The meeting room space was really well serviced and the bedroom that I stayed in was comfortable.
Everyone was really accommodating regardless of what I asked. A great place to work and stay.

I stayed here at the start of the week, I was looked after by 2 lovely young ladies Jasmine and Ménage. Food was lovely, I had the smokehouse burger and it was amazing! It was a great stay. Will definitely visit again! Only issue was with the tv remote not working but wasn’t a big deal.

Adrien and Kenny were amazing. Made me an espresso martini even though it wasn’t on the menu, as it’s my favourite cocktail. ||Excellent service and atmosphere. The cocktail was amazing - highly recommend coming here for the bar, drinks and the great staff. ||Thank you!
