I have had to complete several courses on this platform for work. I would never recommend it to any employers and ongoing we will not be using this company again.
Very slow slideshow presentations that run at one of three speeds - on fastest setting it is still unacceptably slow. The 'assessments' are worryingly simple multiple choice. For some courses I imagine the information provided might be useful- though a simple internet search would usually suffice and be quicker.
For important courses like first-aid though, it is concerning that people are getting certificates for sitting through this stuff.

I have just completed a Level 2 Food Safety certificate course. High Speed Training is used by my place of work though I had to organise the course myself. Application and establishing my account was straightforward and the course was thorough with good video slides and the audio was clear. The assessment was multi choice and, providing the questions are read carefully, are unambiguous. My training was necessary and this certificate satisfies the inspectors requirement. I intend to take another course soon which is also a necessity. I did not need to speak with the organisation but with my experience I would recommend this course.

Food hygine Level 2. Really enjoyed it. A good mixture of pictures, videos and prompts throughout. Will be taking more courses with this company.

Very accessible and easy to follow.
Although I do think the tests could be condensed quite a bit.
It’s a lot of information to take on board in not very much time.
I understand that the information needs to be relayed somehow but the test questions are quite easy and most of the information you have to take in isn’t needed when it comes to taking the exam.

I've seen a few negative comments about this company but my experience was 5star I was very happy with the selection of course that I needed I took the Level 2 food hygiene and safety for retail.

The course gave me enough time to complete and I was able to re start where I left off as I'm a busy mum with children.

When I first accessed the course I didn't understand where the log in details was so I sent an email and customer service agent Tovia Balo was very helpful and friendly.
I've now completed the course very quickly I will take more courses.
