Michelle is amazing. I contacted Michelle as I needed help in wanting to give up smoking. I knew that I needed to give up but my motivation to give up was very low. Michelle allowed me to explore my thoughts and emotions regarding my smoking and to examine my relationship with cigarettes. As a heavy smoker (25-30 per day) I could not imagine being free of cigarettes and the thought of stopping filled me with fear. However I have stopped and it is thanks to Michelle that I can say that I am a non smoker. Thank you Michelle, I am very grateful.

I was a little skeptical about hypnotherapy, but after many attempts at giving up smoking, I thought I would give it a go. I found Michelle Morris very informative and relaxing. She explained the process of hypnotherapy and of what would happen during the session. I felt in total control during the hypnotherapy, but did feel extremely relaxed.
It's now been over 3 months since my one session with Michelle and I have had no urge to pick up a cigarette since. That has included the times when I have been out drinking with friends, some of whom smoke. This has always been my downfall in the past.
I would highly recommend hypnotherapy with Michelle. I can't explain how it has worked, just that it has worked for me and I feel like a non smoker, which feels great.
