We had so much fun creeping around the campus of VCU. Our guide Tiffany was amazing! The stories were a nice balance of history, spookiness, and the paranormal. Tiffany was funny and engaging with those on the tour, and she was open to questions. Accessibility—The walk was on cobblestone sidewalks and walkways which were mostly even with a few steps to climb. We crossed city streets several times and stayed in crosswalks/followed walked signs. Tiffany wore a microphone/speaker which made it easier to hear over city traffic and general college student noise.
Plus, participants received a Haunts of Richmond Ghost Tours bracelet with little ghosts and a cool sticker.
I look forward to taking more of their tours.

We had a great time learning about the history and hearing ghost stories about various buildings around VCU! Our guide Marcia was excellent! Funny, engaging, and very knowledgeable - she clearly has a love of Richmond and the paranormal! We look forward to checking out their other tours! A great way to see the VCU campus in a different light and a fun activity for family weekend!

I brought a small group of students down to Monroe Park for a ghost tour. We thoroughly enjoyed it! Chris and team were very easy to work with. Our tour guide Jeff was knowledgeable and great with our group! We will do this again next year!

I contacted Chris at Haunts of Richmond to organize a tour for 2 soccer teams, and he was able to accommodate our needs and provide the assistance needed for a seamless event. The girls were skeptical at first but Jeffry provided the information in a way that kept the girls interested and engaged. I would definitely recommend Chris and his team for the next event. Thank you!!

We scheduled the tour to celebrate my daughter’s 13th birthday and couldn’t have been more pleased with how everything went. Our tour guide, Zoe, did an amazing job keeping our group of girls engaged throughout the evening. Zoe’s energy and storytelling was fantastic. I highly recommend this tour, and especially Zoe!

The tour content did not meet our expectations. We have been on your tours in the past and the amount of ghost stories and chills left us talking about them long after. The campus tour did not include the same amount of spooky tales and none that left a chilling forever memory. We also felt that out specific tour guide could use more practice with her delivery. We would not recommend.
