Our tour was excellent! Kristen was a great storyteller and was very knowledgeable about the history of Grand Rapids and the ghost stories that have taken place over the years. She was very attentive and always made sure that everyone in the crowd could hear her voice, especially since we had such a a large group. She carried a binder which had pictures of some of the people and buildings she was talking about, and she always made sure everyone had a chance to see before continuing to the next location. She was great with the kids on the tour and even let them use the EMF reader at some of the spots, which I thought was pretty cool. Overall, this tour was a great experience and a fun way to explore the history of Grand Rapids and do something spooky for Halloween, plus it made for a really fun date night!

Amy was awesome. Super knowledgeable and personable. It was a fun little thing to do as out of towners & a good way to learn some history, explore downtown, and learn about some of the hauntings of Grand Rapids. We are thinking of trying one in another city as well! It is a pretty short tour, however - I don’t think it’s worth what they charge, so 4 stars for that.

Mary was the best tour guide ever. We have toured Charleston, New Orleans, etc. and this was the most enjoyable. Highly recommended if you’re in Grand Rapids.
