My name is Emma and I am a Social Worker, plus I am at Collage, training to be a counsellor.

The reason I attended Adele’s Pilates and relaxation day, was because I have been struggling with weight and health issues (both mental and physical).

I found all of Adele’s relaxation session really useful, fun and interesting! I loved the Pilates in the first part of the session to get us all warmed up and ready to go. The relaxation, guided visualizations were fantastic and I found myself feeling so much more relaxed. I particularly enjoyed the NLP and Tapping exercises. These are both things that I will consider using in my personal and my professional life. It was also really good to meet new, like-minded people and share ideas and experiences.

My biggest fear about working with Adele and joining her session was being very much out of shape and unfit. I need not have worried; everyone was lovely and Adele in particular is just so warm, welcoming and fun!

If you’re on the fence about working with Adele I’d say JUST DO IT! You won’t regret it.

Before I started working with Adele on her coaching problem I was struggling to deal with issues from my past. Since then, with the incredible help from Adele I have learned how to deal with negative thoughts and managed to put things into context, and gained insights into my own behaviours which I just hadn’t been aware of before. Adele’s approach is fantastic. She asks you just the right questions to enable you to explore your own experiences, and it’s from these that you learn how to cope, move on and develop.
I was daunted at the prospect of opening up to a stranger, but Adele made that process much easier than I would ever have expected and I wish I’d done it years ago.
If you’re on the fence about joining Adele’s coaching programmes, I’d say go for it. Adele is a skilled and empathetic coach and you will feel so much better for it!

I'm Emma and I am a quality management systems specialist. Before I invested in working with Adele I was forever making commitments to myself about being healthier and fitter, failing and then hating myself for it.

Since starting to work with Adele I have benefitted from improved sleep, better diet and have maintained an exercise regime on a daily basis and am already seeing benefits (the waist line on some of clothes are no longer as snug 😇).  Most importantly, Adele has helped me to understand me and find the personality trait that I could use to make the commitment easier.

The most valuable thing has been that Adele has helped me to learn about myself in a way that has given me the confidence to succeed but also to see a slip not as a failure but an opportunity for another "what if" strategy.

If you are thinking about working with Adele (and I admit I procrastinated for about a year), just jump in.  Coaching isn't easy for the introverts amongst us but if you are willing to be brave it is worth it and Adele makes it far less scary that you imagine 😊.

I recently spent a fantastic week at one of Adele's Get Gorgeous Pilates retreats in Andalucía, Spain. I have been working from home during the past couple of years which hasn't been good for my posture or my activity levels, and the retreat was an opportunity to focus on my wellbeing. The combination of daily Pilates and meditation, gorgeous healthy food and a week away at the stunning converted mill, all left me feeling relaxed and revitalised. Thank you Adele!

We asked Adele to come in and talk about various topics on how to improve sleep, positivity, nutrition and positivity during the pandemic and all of our attendees were so engaged and it provoked a lot of further talks about how we can understand what we can do to improve these areas, both in our home and work life.

We highly recommend Adele. She has so much passion for people and so engaging and her warmth really make people feel very relaxed.

This is a review for Adeles book titled "Gorgeous" I recommend this book very highly. Such a well-researched, clear and logical path through the jungle of physical and mental fitness advice that’s out there. It mainly targets women but there’s more than enough here for guys to make it your personal guide.
With a hard-hitting but humorous style, Adele explodes current fitness myths leaving you in no doubt about what to do and why. So be the best you can be. If you are thinking about working with Adele then I'm sure this will convince you to just do it!

My job involves a lot of working with people, often in difficult circumstances. I also have children and a lot of carrying and feeding young babies and toddlers has not done my body any favours. So I realised quite recently my body was struggling ( my upper back and neck hold a lot of tension and over the last few years I was getting a lot of headaches as a result).

I found Adele’s Pilates retreat an absolutely brilliant kick start and boost to reconnecting with my body in a really positive way. She was so knowledgeable about the way my body would benefit and be impacted by the exercise and movement and I felt in very safe hands.

I’m really motivated to carry on here at home and so far no headaches!! But one step at a time!

The retreat was a great way of meeting like minded people who want to invest in their health and well-being.

I have completed Adele's 'Gentle Six Weeks Reset', which is one of the many structured support programmes of various lengths on offer from her website.

I highly recommend spending time with Adele. She has a wealth of knowledge, is highly perceptive and immensely supportive. Following her programme was at times challenging and emotional but always enlightening and worthwhile. Exercise, nutrition and progress charts were interesting, helpful and manageable and the weekly zoom meetings were all very positive experiences. I learnt a great deal about myself and it was a valuable time of self-analysis and reflection.

Adele was an immensely supportive guide during this pandemic year when so many of us are trying to maintain fitness levels, good nutrition and healthy habits.
