George is my first experience of counselling. He made me feel very comfortable during our initial communication via email/text and that continued on during our first session. There was an instant connection which allowed me to feel secure in being open and vulnerable in the areas I required support. George is very knowledgeable, and shared a range of different theories that allowed me to think about some challenges I wanted to overcome differently. I've added some tools to my mental toolbox that allow me to more effectively process situations from the past and also moving forward in the future.
It is also reassuring to know that I now have a contact that I can use for support if required in the future.

I have enjoyed speaking with George over the last few months. This is my first time with a counsellor and on the first session George made me feel at ease, explaining the theories behind Humanism and how I can use them in all walks of my life to combat my anxiety.
