We’ve done 1:1s with Sharon for 3-4 months now, as well as a few gundog classes too!

Sharon’s pragmatic, practical and realistic 1:1 approach, combined with her incredible depth of knowledge has helped us get our life back on track with our 2.5yr old Vizsla.

We’ve made so much progress with Resource guarding, pray drive, recall and lead walking…

A lot of hard work later and we’ve got a different dog that makes good choices!

We were recommended Frome K9 6 years ago when we first considered getting a dog to help our 8yr old daughter overcome her very real fear of dogs, with the very gentle handling of both dog and daughter their relationship grew over time. Alongside my elder daughter she now competes in agility, has passed her Gold Kennel club award, attends canicross runs, water rescue sessions, charity dog walks and both girls volunteer to handle the ‘big’ dogs at workshops and training sessions. We have since added a further 2 dogs to our family under the carful supervision and breed recommendation of the K9 team ensuring a happy balanced pack.

I absolutely cannot recommend Frome K9 enough; if you're thinking of trying them out, two words: do it.

We moved to Frome from Portugal in January with our 18 month old working line GSD. We'd always worked alongside a trainer, but we were still struggling with her on leash dog reactivity. Having had a baby in February, we decided to invest in a 1:1 behavioural consultation with Sharon. Honestly, Sharon is so knowledgable, so professional and absolute genius when it comes to dogs. She understood Kaia's issues immediately and gave us a clear three point plan. With time and investment in her training, Kaia is different dog. A joy to walk.

We decided to have a follow up session last month to work on Kaia's indoor reactivity. Previously, she was very dog reactive inside (cafes, pubs etc) to the point where we'd had to stop taking her. Again, Sharon's hive mind implemented a training solution which has had such a positive effect on Kaia it's quite remarkable. To the point where today I took her and my baby to a cafe solo, another dog entered, and Kaia was able to stay focused on me and ignore that other dog. Seeing Sharon has really changed our life with our dog and we couldn't be happier: it's worth every penny!

I have also started taking Kaia to weekly agility training at Frome K9 and we're both loving it. Tash is encouraging, professional and makes the classes fun and engaging. This is something I never thought I'd be able to do and I get some much joy from attending. A huge thank you to Frome K9!

I took my search dog Molly to FK9 and she loved it. She is a princess and fussy so to see her so chilled and relaxed was amazing. The team are very experienced and the other members I met there all love to be training and developing their dogs full potential. I can not recommend them enough

My first attempt at training my pup elsewhere was not good then I found K9...wow turned everything around and I now have an obedient(ish) girl with confidence, and as she's grown in all aspects so have I, it's been quite a long road but worth every step and theres always more to learn from the knowledgeable trainers 😀

If there was a meme to sum up FK9 it would be a Vin Diesel one because after a while you will feel like part of the forever growing FK9 family. I Would not be were I am today with my pup with the very knowledgeable and professional help the team provide.

I adopted a dog 9 months ago and I was struggling with his behavior as we couldn't settle in my house. I was recommended FromeK9 and taking him there was the best decision I have ever made. They are extremely professional and experienced trainers, very approachable and understanding and always eager to help with any problems. I am living in Bristol and I have to drive 4 hours a day to take him for daycare with training and it is worth it 100%. Thank you very much Sharon and team for being so supportive.
