Today I walked in around 1pm the most miserable person scowled at me, we'll it was more than that it was more of a filthy look!!! I realised it was that I had walked in with my peaceful old quiet very well behaved Bichon Frise dog. I said "oh don't you allow dogs"? ( as so many shops do nowadays ) she grumpily told me they didn't as too much on the floor. Why didn't she just smile and say I'm sorry we don't allow dogs.,I would of respected that far more. I don't think Ive ever met a more rude charity shop worker in all my life! What a horrible experience with her filthy looks! This lady needs to nip next door to see the charming welcome in the Co op I received minutes later to learn a thing or two about how not and how TO treat a customer! 🙄
She lets the whole town down!!!

I went to the shop in Axminster and say a beautiful bed spread and 2 cushions, the price was £30 which is really expensive for a charity shop! On looking closer the bed spread had several stains, I asked the assistant if she would reduce the price due to the stains that I wasn’t sure if I could get out, which is my right as a customer! The shop assistant was so rude to me and sad in an off manner that no she wouldn’t reduce it due to it being so cheap, I said it’s not that cheap for a charity shop she well you don’t have to buy it, so rude, what happened to the customers always right, sometimes it’s not what you say it’s the way you say it ?
